Leadership Opportunity in Endpoint ManagementWe are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our endpoint management team.As a key member of our organization, you will oversee the maintenance, security, and compliance of 600+ corporate devices across the globe.This leadership role is responsible for managing a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring timely patching and updates are implemented efficiently.Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering growth and development in their careers.Oversee maintenance, patching, and compliance for endpoints using advanced tools and methodologies.Drive automation initiatives to streamline processes and minimize end-user contact time.Ensure endpoints meet strict regulatory requirements.The ideal candidate has extensive experience in people management and hands-on endpoint management, with strong proficiency in relevant software platforms.Required skills include:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving complex technical issues.Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective vendor and stakeholder engagement.Ability to work independently in a remote environment with occasional global meeting participation.A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.Experience in cybersecurity or identity governance industries is also highly valued.This role offers flexibility with a fully remote setup.The selected candidate must be available for on-call rotations and participate in critical issue response efforts.
