YOUR TASKS Continuous delivery of software and IT infrastructure.Configuration and commissioning of SCADA systems.Documentation in ticketing systems and technical documentation in Confluence.Day-to-day project status tracking, assurance of deadlines, and communication with internal end-users.Technical support in 2nd level support.Coordination with 3rd level support colleagues.Improve together with development and product teams our IT services and proactively give feedback about possible product improvement.YOUR PROFILEDegree or technician training in the field of IT administration and DevOps.Practical experience in the field of IT Ops.Expertise in modern IT administration and DevOps techniques.Good knowledge of best practices both on legacy and cloud systems.Self starter mindset and software development skills.Problem-solving skills and open to work on challenging projects.Knowledge of common IT service management frameworks and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira), agile ways of working and intercultural competence.Ability to document work and communicate fluently in English.Willingness to learn continuously and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Strong team player, who wants to continuously develop and optimize him/herself and his work.
