Ambition**:Nothing is impossible.We're always striving to get better, seize opportunities, and reach the top.We are encouraged to dream big and believe in ourselves.The Swapcard team is looking for a graphic designer with a focus on branding and visual design to help expand our Design team.You'll be working on a wide-ranging variety of projects from paid social ads and blog posts, to virtual and tradeshow booth graphics, to ebooks and landing pages.**What you'll be doing**- Work with the Design Squad to maintain our brand identity and keep our design system up to date and accessible to the organization.- You will manage the creation of graphic content in collaboration with our Content Squad, such as info graphs, ebooks, social media, and content for our blog posts.- Work with our Demand Generation Squad to develop ads for web.- Collaborate with our Field Marketing Squad to design content for our customers and promote Swapcard's platform.*Our squads deliver content and visuals for both print and digital mediums.- Create branded designs: Hero images, infographics, flyers.- Create visual designs and collaborate with other departments at Swapcard to review and refine content.- Design product presentations.**Requirements**:- Studies in graphic design or related field- Solid knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign) and Figma- Focus on visual identities and layout- Detail-oriented- Good written communication skills, we are a fully remote team.- Web Design basics- Eagerness to learn and open to constructive feedback.- Team player and communicative- Excellent project management skills- Fully remote position, prefer someone near EST to work with North American teams- 2-5 years of experience**Missions**- Work to strengthen Swapcard's brand.- Refine visual identity and marketing designs.- Collaborate with our teams to improve Swapcard's brand experience, creating branded assets from end to end.- You'll collaborate on multiple projects with our marketing team squads and other departments at Swapcard.- Our design team creates graphic content, documents for clients, presentations, and all customer-facing materials.**Reasons to join us**- International team with 42 nationalities (more on the way)- Remote-first policy with offices in Paris, USA, UAE, CA, UK, & IN- Fast-growing startup with many opportunities for growth- Open-minded culture that appreciates differences- Feedback driven, supportive & curious team with DIY mindset- Family leave and remote work to ensure you have time for what matters most ??- Generous paid time off program to ensure your happiness- Team vacations to celebrate our achievements ??
