We do this by utilizing our technology expertise to enable our clients to deliver an exceptional experience to their customers.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics CRM Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep product expertise with strong consulting skills to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business requirements.Key Responsibilities• Lead requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into CRM solutions.• Design, configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc.).• Develop technical specifications and oversee solution architecture, integrations, and customizations.• Provide guidance on CRM best practices, governance, and adoption strategies.• Work with development teams to design custom plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and integrations.• Conduct system testing, UAT support, and end-user training.• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations to maximize CRM value.• Lead and mentor junior consultants, ensuring quality and knowledge transfer.• Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 roadmap, features, and industry trends.Qualifications & Skills• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.• Proven track record of leading CRM implementations in mid-to-large organizations.• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).• Proficiency in CRM customization, configuration, workflows, plugins, and Java Script.• Understanding of integration frameworks (APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Data Verse, etc.).• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred (e.g., MB-210, MB-230, PL-200).
