We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Brazil.This field-based role will focus on promoting biologic and gene therapy services, expanding market presence, and building relationships with key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Visit hospitals, clinics, and companies to showcase the capabilities of our CDMO partner.Develop strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, research institutions, and procurement teams.Execute sales plans and develop territory strategies to meet revenue targets.Communicate technical service offerings and quality standards to prospective clients.Collaborate with Business Development, Technical, and Quality teams to ensure proposals align with service capabilities.Monitor market trends, client needs, and customer feedback.Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotech, or related field.2-4 years of proven sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical devices.Solid understanding of biologics manufacturing services, GMP, and regulatory requirements.Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.Portuguese fluency required; English proficiency strongly preferred.
