We are searching the best talent for **Sr.
Marketing Analyst (Neutrogena/Neostrata) **to be based in **São Paulo/Brasil.
**
**General description**:
Support and co-created the strategy and execution of all brand business planning with emphasis on HCPs.
**Responsabilities**:
- Connection with Sell Out team for the deployment of execution and co-creation: field monitoring of the national detailing team;
- Engagement and relationship with medical societies and KOLs, as well as proximity to the entire academic and scientific community;
- Support to the strategy of scientific, technical and promotional activities with HCPs, such as congresses, mini-meetings, journeys, others;
- Samples, Testers & Originals: FUP S&OP, replan and load into Veeva for the cycle
- Opportunity and mapping analysis (BP)
- Digital evolution/innovation with HCPs
- Professional Agency Briefing;
- Preparation and Execution - Learning Plans;
- Construction of activation calendar and Campaign development;
- Professional promotional grid strategy and implementation
- Brand/Product Sales reps Training
- BME control
**Other duties**:
Digital evolution/innovation with HCPs; Ensure all deliveries comply with HCC & organization privacy policies and guidelines.
**Qualifications**:
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor ´s Degree: Preferred Area of Study: Marketing, Business, Pharmacy
- Requieres 2-3 years of related experience
- Requiered Knowledge: Professional Business, organization, Marketing,
- English (intermediate)
- Strong communications skills
- Strategical Thinking
- Ownership and Analytical ability
