Responsável pela gestão completa dos processos do armazém (Inbound ou Outbound) em turno específico ou múltiplos turnos.Principais Responsabilidades:- Liderar equipe de Area Managers e associados nas operações- Garantir segurança, qualidade e performance da operação- Atingir e superar metas operacionais- Desenvolver planejamento estratégico e previsões- Mentoria e desenvolvimento de equipe- Implementar melhorias de processoGestão:- Reporta ao Gerente Senior do processo- Lidera time de Area/Team Managers- Gerencia aproximadamente 300 funcionários diretos/indiretos com variações dependendo do período- Interface com áreas de suporte (RH, Financeiro, Facilities, Segurança, TI)Requisitos Adicionais:- Disponibilidade para trabalhar em escala 3x2 (3 dias de trabalho com 3 dias de folga, 2 dias de trabalho com 2 dias de folga)- Turnos de 12 horas (day shift: 06h às 18h ou night shift: 18h às 05h)- Disponibilidade para trabalhar em finais de semana- Capacidade de levantar até 22kg- Caminhar longas distâncias no armazém- Permanecer em pé por até 12 horas- Adaptar-se a diferentes condições ambientais- Acessar todas as áreas do prédio (escadas, escadas tipo marinheiro)Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays- Experience in employee and performance management- Speak, write, and read fluently in EnglishPreferred Qualifications:- Experience with performance metrics and process improvement and Lean techniquesOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit for more information.If the country/region you're applying in isn't listed, please contact your Recruiting Partner.
