Job OpportunityWe're seeking a skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of scalable, reliable, and user-centric systems.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Golang and a solid understanding of software design principles.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain microservices that power billing systems using Golang.Develop RESTful APIs that integrate with external financial and operational systems.Work with event-driven systems and streaming architectures using Kafka.Manage containerized deployments using Kubernetes and Docker.Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver new features and maintain operational excellence.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across distributed systems.Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture planning sessions.Required Qualifications5+ years of professional backend development experience.Strong hands-on experience with Golang (or proven ability to quickly ramp up).Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend microservices.Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL).Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration and deployment.Familiarity with event-driven systems (Kafka or similar).Experience working in Unix/Linux environments.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.Preferred SkillsExperience integrating with ERP systems such as Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, or NetSuite.Familiarity with API standards and tools (Swagger/OpenAPI, OAuth, JWT).Exposure to Temporal or similar orchestration tools.Knowledge of distributed systems, security best practices, and observability.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.About UsOur organization prioritizes the privacy of all candidates, adhering to regulations like GDPR, LGPD, CCPA, and CPRA.
