Hogarth is the Global Content Production Company.Part of WPP, Hogarth partners with one in every two of the world's top 100 brands including Coca-Cola, Ford, Rolex, Nestlé, Mondelez and Dyson.Our global team of over 7,500 craft and technology experts brings together creative, production and innovation to help clients navigate this exciting and ever-changing world of today's content experience.About HogarthHogarth Worldwide is the world's leading creative content production company.Born to make the best work brilliantly, we combine craft, insight, and technology to bring creative work to life for many of the world's most famous brands.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Tech Lead II specialized in Drupal to play a key role in guiding distributed squads, unblocking technical challenges, and ensuring high-quality delivery across global teams.This role combines strong technical expertise with leadership and client-facing skills, balancing hands-on development with the ability to inspire and support others.Key ResponsibilitiesGuide teams in developing high-quality Drupal solutions, ensuring clean and maintainable code.Collaborate with squads in New York, London, Chennai, and Brazil to deliver scalable and reliable applications.Unblock developers by providing solutions for complex custom features, database operations, and API integrations.Work in multidisciplinary teams to analyze requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.Maintain coding standards and promote industry best practices.Support development of online and offline solutions that meet customer needs.Build strong client relationships and manage expectations with professionalism.Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement.RequirementsTechnical SkillsAdvanced expertise in Drupal (Back-End and Front-End).Strong knowledge of web development frameworks, databases, and integrations.Experience working in agile environments.Proven track record in leading technical teams.Fluent English (spoken and written).Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving mindset and accountability.Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Ability to inspire and provide constructive feedback.Adaptability and interpersonal skills to work across cultures.WPP is an equal opportunity employer and considers applicants for all positions without discrimination or regard to particular characteristics.We are committed to fostering a culture of respect in which everyone feels they belong and has the same opportunities to progress in their careers.#J-*****-Ljbffr
