Job Description Perform needs analysis for a course of standard complexity and scope.Design, develop, and maintain training assets that support partners, customers, and employees with their use of the MSI product suite, including, but not limited to, instructor guides, student workbooks, powerpoints, and online modules.
Write concise, technical, and effective instructional content for a variety of deliverables, including lesson plans, guides, online content, and more.Create and utilize multimedia elements, simulations, and assessments to enhance the effectiveness of learning materials.Follow a scalable and repeatable process in the scoping, creation, and maintenance of content.Manage and monitor training assets and courses in the LMS.Collaborate with SMEs to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of content.Work closely with project managers to manage a small portfolio of products.Work closely with team leads to ensure training content is focused on the right content, filling knowledge gaps, and appropriate.Basic RequirementsQualificationsCertification in education, adult education, communications, instructional design, instructional technology, curriculum studies, or a related fieldA minimum 1+ year of related experiencePreference will be given to candidates with the following skills and experience:Good written and verbal communications skillsGood content organization and structuring skillsSome knowledge of ILT learning design and development models, adult learning principles, and delivery methodsSome knowledge of publishing tools and graphic editors such as Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, and IllustratorStrong background in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applicationsExperience or interest in using generative AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini, ChatGPT, NotebookLM) in training content development or deliveryAptitude to learn new technologies and software quickly and be able to convey the meaning of complex concepts clearly to a broad audience#LI-RD1Travel RequirementsNoneRelocation ProvidedNonePosition TypeExperiencedReferral Payment PlanYesEEO StatementMotorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
