Atividades e Responsabilidades Procurando pessoa desenvolvedora ruby on rails senior com 10+ anos experiencia full-stack de aplicacoes web usando as ultimas tecnologias e testes.Inglês fluente obrigatório.Estar no Brazil.Liderar o design e o desenvolvimento de sistemas altamente escaláveis, confiáveis e seguros.Definir e impulsionar padrões técnicos, melhores práticas e arquitetura de longo prazo em múltiplas equipes de engenharia.Colaborar com stakeholders de produto e negócios para traduzir requisitos complexos em planos de execução técnica.Mentorar e orientar engenheiros de todos os níveis, promovendo crescimento e excelência técnica.Conduzir revisões de design e código para garantir qualidade, manutenibilidade e performance.Identificar proativamente gargalos no sistema, riscos e oportunidades de melhoria.Contribuir de forma prática com codificação, prototipagem e entrega de funcionalidades de alto impacto.Colaborar com a liderança de P&D para influenciar a estratégia e o roadmap de tecnologia.Requisitos Inglês fluente (projeto remoto incluindo membros do time que não falam português)8+ anos de experiência profissional em engenharia de software, com pelo menos 2+ anos em cargo de Staff/Principal ou equivalente.Expertise profunda em construção de sistemas distribuídos e baseados em nuvem (AWS ou similar).Forte domínio de tecnologias web modernas (ex.: Ruby on Rails, Vue.js ou frameworks similares).Capacidade comprovada de liderar grandes iniciativas técnicas entre equipes, do conceito à entrega.Excelentes habilidades de design de sistemas e arquitetura, com experiência em escalar plataformas de alta performance.Fortes habilidades de comunicação e liderança; capacidade de influenciar sem autoridade direta.Paixão por mentorar e capacitar outros engenheiros a alcançarem o sucesso.O que nós oferecemos Trabalhe de qualquer lugar Ser tratado como uma pessoa responsável e sem micro-gerenciamento Budget de educação para livros, cursos e outros Assinatura mensal de café, chá ou vinho :)
