We invite a skilled and proactive Project Manager to join our team and help develop, improve, and maintain innovative fintech products for our client, an industry-leading payment processing solution provider serving over 275,000 US businesses.
Your role will involve overseeing the work of two delivery teams within a new sub-project and performing various tasks associated with Scrum Master functions.What's in it for youEnhance your fintech domain expertise and boost your technical skills in diverse payment processing areasAdvance your English through continuous communication with US-based teams, stakeholders, and the clientLead teams across multiple apps and follow the project goal in the dynamic environmentIs that you?
4+ years\' experience as a Project Manager, adept at managing multiple teams simultaneouslyDemonstrated people management proficiency (conducting 1-1 meetings, creating PDPs, providing constructive feedback, and assisting with staffing and onboarding)Great communication, self-organization, proactivity, and flexibilityScrum Master experienceUpper-Intermediate English levelStakeholder management experienceExpertise in risk assessment and managementDesirableExperience collaborating with support teamsScrum Master and SAFe certificationsExpertise in project budgetingKey responsibilities and your contributionIn this role, you\'ll coordinate teams\' activities to align with project goals.
Your responsibilities will also include ensuring effective people management and the seamless adherence to Scrum principles.Use the best project management practices and systems to help achieve software-related objectivesPlan and distribute project work among team members for smooth and timely deliveryTrack project progress using suitable tools and techniquesCreate and maintain detailed project documentationHandle change, stakeholder, and risk managementAssist with staffing and onboarding new team membersDrive people management activities (motivation, personal development, career planning, etc.)Control project resources, report plans to key stakeholders, and ensure budget targets are metWhat\'s working at Dev.Pro like?
