Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Propulsion Engineer to join our team.As a key member of the engineering group, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders from various teams to gather insights into vehicle requirements and objectives.Key Responsibilities:Collaboration: Engage in close collaboration with stakeholders to gather in-depth insights into vehicle requirements and objectives.System Development: Apply advanced engineering principles to create reliable, efficient, and high-performance propulsion solutions.Documentation: Generate accurate and comprehensive system documentation for all vehicles and phases.System Design: Develop specifications for the 12V load budget deliverable for Electric Powertrain projects and its components.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Electrical/Electronics/Automotive field.Strong understanding of engineering cost and time implications.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.In-depth knowledge of engineering principles.Analytic mindset and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with Agile-Scrum methodology and associated concepts.Sound knowledge of CAN and LIN components (HW/SW).Capability to create logical and physical schematics.Experience with Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
