Engineering Lead – Fullstack Platforms (Go, Python, React)Coderio designs and delivers scalable digital solutions for global businesses.With a strong technical foundation and a product mindset, our teams lead complex software projects from architecture to execution.We value autonomy, clear communication, and technical excellence.We work closely with international teams and partners, building technology that makes a difference.Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise-grade, data-driven SaaS solutions across software, data, and infrastructure layers.Set technical direction, raise engineering quality, and ship secure, scalable distributed systems in a regulated environment.What To Expect In This Role (Responsibilities)Contribute to both backend and frontend developmentCollaborate closely with cross-functional teamsParticipate in technical decision-makingRequirements4+ years of experience in backend or fullstack development (Go, Python, React — knowledge of at least two)3+ years working with AWS or another major cloud provider3+ years building microservices and distributed systems3+ years with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD workflows3+ years designing and consuming REST APIs and data processing workflows3+ years working on SaaS platforms or enterprise-grade systemsHands-on experience with data science tools (NumPy, SciPy, Jupyter)Advanced English level (written and spoken)Availability to collaborate with teams in Eastern Time (ET)Nice to HaveExperience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, public sector)Experience with observability (logs/metrics/tracing), security standards, and compliance workflowsKnowledge of security best practices and compliance considerationsBenefits100% remoteLong-term commitment, with autonomy and impactStrategic and high-visibility role in a modern engineering cultureCollaborative international team and strong technical leadershipClear path to growth and leadership within CoderioCoderio is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.#J-*****-Ljbffr
