Business Intelligence Analyst RoleWe are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our organization.This professional will be responsible for taking raw information – numbers or qualitative data sets – and constructing narratives that help business colleagues make better decisions.The primary goal of this position is to extract insights from large volumes of complex data, solve problems, and drive informed decision-making.Key responsibilities include:Collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, identifying and querying data sources to get the required data.Cleansing and massaging data into the shape required, creating datasets, reports, and dashboards to meet requirements.Presenting and gathering feedback from stakeholders on the finished product.Deploying data, reports, and dashboards; developing reports according to analyst-defined specifications.Conducting technical training.Maintaining and documenting the operational environment.Maintaining and processing SQL Server SPs and queries.This role requires strong analytic skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to deliver commitments.A solid understanding of relational data modeling concepts, experience with ETL using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies, and knowledge of SQL Server database architecture are highly valued.Benefits include flexibility in choosing work location and schedule, tailored compensation, tech-driven tools, autonomous workflow, well-being through generous leave policies, diversity and inclusion, collaboration with industry leaders, and development opportunities.Key Skills:Relational data modelingETL using SSIS, Python, or similar technologiesSQL Server database architectureBonus Skills:Hands-on approachStrong analytic skillsDelivery commitment
