Job Title: Finance, Risk & Compliance - Accounting Manager V Location: São Paulo Brasil Employment Type: Temporary - 6 months About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our client's team in the financial services sector.In this role, you will contribute to leading a team of accountants, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and developing solutions to business and financial challenges.Responsibilities Lead the review of accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy and conformance to standards.Approve budgets and periodic reports, comparing budgeted costs to actual costs.Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve the company's financial goals.Prepare forms and manuals for accounting personnel and direct their activities.Survey operations to recommend solutions to business and financial problems.Collect and analyze data to detect deficiencies, fraud, or non-compliance.Prepare, analyze, and verify annual reports and financial statements.Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Proficiency in applying accounting and mathematical principles.Experience in analyzing business trends and projecting future revenues and expenses.Knowledge of federal, county, and company accounting policies and regulations.Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related accounting software.Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related financial discipline required.An advanced degree is preferred.No degree required if certified accountant.Preferred Qualifications (if any) Experience in the financial services industry.Familiarity with advanced accounting software.Who We Are SGF Global is an integrated talent solutions provider, offering staffing, recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR), nearshore, and consulting services across a wide range of industries in 35 countries.We're a dynamic, people-first organization where fresh ideas are always welcome.Our culture is built on collaboration, innovation, and a genuine passion for helping people grow.At SGF Global, smiles are part of the dress code, and every voice matters.Are you looking to join an organization where your ideas are valued, your growth is supported, and your work makes a global impact?Explore opportunities Grow your career Be part of something global Your future starts here.
