We are looking for a temporary accountant assistant to join our administrative department.
Position summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting data in a variety of areas.
It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and organizational skills to best support the Finance and Sales administrative team.
This position also requires reporting to the local Admin and Service Sales.
The role offers a unique opportunity for a self-starter to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
Coordinate collection activities, with support from the team, including calls and emails to customers, and internal escalations as required for problem accounts.
Receive/record payments.
Responsible to collaborate with third party accounting, Datacolor US and Datacolor Brazil office.
Perform ad hoc duties as requested.
Provide general support to the Finance and Sales team.
Education and Experience
Recently graduated with a desire to pursue Accounting
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
High proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel.
Use of an ERP system.
Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor and willingness to learn.
