Job Title: Enterprise Cybersecurity ArchitectAs a seasoned leader in our strategic customer engagements, you will oversee the transformation of Security Operations Centers (SOCs) with XSIAM deployments.The ideal candidate will serve as the lead advisor and subject matter expert for customers undertaking full-scale SOC modernization with XSIAMThis role involves leading multi-national SOC transformation programs, consolidating fragmented detection and response processes into a unified AI-driven platformYou will direct enterprise-scale XSIAM deployments, guiding customers from initial strategy to full operationalizationThis includes devising and overseeing comprehensive log ingestion strategies to ensure high-quality data fuels the XSIAM platformYou will architect and implement sophisticated detection strategies and correlation rules to fortify customer defenses against advanced threatsFine-tune and optimize log sources and correlation rules to maximize system performance and detection efficacyYou will identify opportunities to enhance analyst alert handling and response through automationThis role requires transforming ambiguity into structured action plans, driving accountability at every level of a customer engagementYou will build and mentor high-performing professional services teams that blend consulting, engineering, and change management expertisePartner with Product and R&D teams to incorporate field insights into roadmap prioritiesKey Responsibilities:• Spearhead large-scale security operations center transformations utilizing cutting-edge technology• Develop and execute comprehensive incident response strategies to minimize downtime• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust cybersecurity solutions• Foster relationships with clients to understand their unique security challenges and develop tailored solutions• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness• Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to advise clients on best practices• Provide thought leadership in the industry through participation in conferences, webinars, and other forums• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, informing security strategy and recommendations• Engage with stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and opportunities• Continuously evaluate and improve the quality of services delivered to clients• Participate in business development activities, such as identifying new sales opportunities and developing proposals• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver training programs for employees• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to colleagues on security-related matters• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to stay informed about industry developments• Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures related to security• Participate in risk assessments and vulnerability management efforts• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards• Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of security initiatives
