Responsible for coordinating the forward and reverse business of spare parts in the region. Optimize and improve the service process and service efficiency comprehensively from modules such as spare parts planning, spare parts prices, safety stock, shortage tracking, KPI statistics, system optimization, etc., to enhance user satisfaction.
Responsibility
Training of spare parts personnel :
Business training: Regularly organize branch warehouse managers and general warehouse managers to learn professional courses such as "Inventory Management", "Planning Management", and "Reverse Management".
New Talent Development: Develop a new talent development plan, organize learning of spare parts forward and reverse management courses, and empower different positions.
Job planning: establish job business objectives.
Spare parts process and system management:
Process sorting: Sort out the regional spare parts management process and related regulations;For example: "Inventory Counting System", "Forward Replenishment Process", "Reverse Return Process", "Shortage Registration Management Process"
Assessment formulation: Develop KPI indicators related to spare parts; For example: availability of key spare parts, inventory turnover days, planning accuracy, and recycling of defective materials
Supervision and execution: Fully understand the spare parts service strategy, supervise the branch to implement the headquarters' policies as required, and ensure the smooth operation of the business
Spare parts Management
A. Positive direction of spare parts:
Plan prediction: Ability to analyze spare parts demand and identify possible changes in spare parts demand in advance based on local consumption habits, seasons, and other factors.
Delivery management: Follow up on the usage of spare parts in regional branches and the main warehouse, supervise the reasonable stocking of branches and the main warehouse, prevent stagnation or shortage of materials, and ensure the supply of spare parts and complete machines.
Inventory management: able to strictly implement physical management rules, conduct regular inventory checks, and ensure consistency between system data and physical items; Promptly detect inventory shortages and excess inventory, apply for orders and arrange returns and exchanges.
6S management: Daily management of regional and branch inventory 6S management, regular inspections, and timely improvements.
B? Reverse spare parts:
Bad material management: Supervise the timely counting of various types of bad materials by the branch and the main warehouse, improve the proportion of bad material recycling, and follow up on the return of bad materials to the port or delivery business.
Bad machine management: Improve the return operation of DOA/DAP complete machines, accelerate the refurbishment cycle of complete machines, and increase profits.
C? Spare parts operation:
1. KPI indicator management: Manage inventory amount, stagnant amount, terminal shortage, turnover rate, shortage registration rate, inventory results and other indicators.
2. Price management: Launch the first sales of new products in this region and coordinate with headquarters to implement promotional activities and price adjustments.
