About Us: Keeta , the international subsidiary of Meituan—the global delivery giant—is on a mission to revolutionize food and consumer product delivery worldwide.With our core belief: " We help people eat better, live better, " we're taking innovation to the global stageWithin just one year, Keeta has become an industry leader in Hong Kong .With our ongoing expansions into Saudi Arabia , Keeta achieved the remarkable feat of launching 5 cities in just 17 days, allowing the Arab world to witness the speed of ChinaKeeta offers exciting opportunities to join a transformative journey that is shaping the future of delivery and retail.Join Keeta, explore the world.Know more: Keeta website What You'll Do: Deliver Outcomes: Ensure all projects align with business objectives, drive implementation, and enhance business growth and efficiency.Monitor key project execution, identify risks, and drive resolutions to achieve business targets.Utilize data analysis and performance management to quantify project impact and optimize resource allocation.Project Management: Develop and optimize project management frameworks, standards, and processes to ensure smooth project execution.Organize and lead project meetings, track progress, and drive cross-department collaboration.Monitor project timelines, costs, quality, and risks to ensure efficient delivery.Cross-Functional Communication & Collaboration: Act as the key coordinator for project management, ensuring communication among business, technology, finance, and other teams.Resolve cross-functional challenges during project execution to enhance overall operational efficiency.Organize cross-team training sessions to improve project management capabilities.What We Need From You: Experience in PMO or project management.Result-Oriented: Strong business-driving capabilities, ensuring projects are guided by final business outcomes.Experience with OKR or KPI goal management.Familiar with common project managment tools and methodologies.Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills .Proficient in both Chinese and English as working languages.Portuguese speakers will be given priority.What Make This Role Exciting: Early-stage business: Opportunity to participate in the initial planning, design, and implementation of key projects.International team: Work with members from 26 countries and experience a diverse work environment.
