Compliance Management ProfessionalWe are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Management Professional to lead our company's SOC 2 compliance efforts in a SaaS environment.The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing end-to-end compliance processes, including scoping, evidence collection, control implementation, and audit preparation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance programs that ensure ongoing adherence to industry standards and customer expectationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance requirements into SaaS product development and operationsImplement and oversee continuous monitoring processes to identify and mitigate potential compliance risksDesign and deliver training programs for employees on compliance best practices and requirementsConduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with relevant frameworks and standardsRequirements:Excellent English communication skillsAt least 3 years of experience in compliance, information security, or risk management, with a focus on SOC 2 compliance in a SaaS environmentHands-on experience with Vanta or similar compliance automation platformsProven track record of successfully managing SOC 2 audits and implementing controlsStrong understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud security, and data privacy principlesFamiliarity with compliance frameworks, such as SOC 2, ISO *****, HIPAA, GDPR, or NIST CSFProficiency in using compliance automation platforms for evidence collection, continuous monitoring, and vendor risk managementExcellent project management and organizational skills to manage complex compliance initiativesStrong communication skills to liaise with technical teams, auditors, and leadership
