Data Migration Coordinator / EF / São José dos Campos - SPAt Bayer, we work hard to make this company a better place for our employees - and the world a better place for everyone."Health for all, hunger for none."That's our vision at Bayer.At Bayer, Diversity & Inclusion is taken seriously, it is a non-negotiable value, and it is one of the strategic pillars of our organization.We believe that diverse teams foster greater innovation and contribute to a more creative and welcoming work environment, allowing employees to be who they really are and express their full potential.That's why everyone is welcome at Bayer: men, women, non-binary, LGBTQIA+, transgender, white, black, disabled and from different generations.If you have any diversity markers, feel even more encouraged to apply for this position, we will be very happy to meeting youGET TO KNOW OUR AREA:The CORE Data Migration Team is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the accurate migration of technical information from legacy system to S/4Hana.We act as data stewards and support to ensure that business needs are being met and the information needed to perform their activities are translated to a technical language that development team can understand and migrate properly.The team also plays an important role of ensuring close communication with the product teams, keeping everyone on track on the data migration challenges and needs to deliver the most correct data for system upload.YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:We are looking for a Data Migration Specialist to lead our data migration efforts for the CORE S/4 HANA Transformation project.This role will focus on:Ensuring accurate and efficient data mapping, validation, and cleansing while collaborating with various teams to align with our organizational goals.The ideal candidate will have SAP functional knowledge for specific modules & processes (S2P, R2D, A2R, SCM, Quality, Materials, C2C, Quality, Manufacturing), including data structures, and cross-functional teamwork;Support the full data migration process, including preparation, mapping, enrichment, transformation, validation, correction, implementation, hypercare, and handover;Plan and facilitate workshops to scope and map data from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with business needs;Verify data extraction criteria and ensure compliance with defined approaches for data migration;Identify and gather necessary data while ensuring high quality and integrity throughout the migration;Establish criteria for data quality and oversee cleansing activities to ensure accurate data migration;Coordinate validation activities with stakeholders to ensure timely completion;Collaborate with business units and technical teams to understand data requirements and address needs;Track progress, resolve roadblocks, and provide regular updates to leadership on data mapping and challenges;Maintain clear documentation of mapping rules, including Data Migration Specifications and Validation results;Ensure adherence to data governance policies and SAP standards;Identify potential risks in data migration and develop strategies to mitigate them.ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?Must have:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field;Fluent English;Solid experience & comprehensive understanding of business processes across SAP modules & value streams, with a good understanding of SAP data structures;Experience in SAP data migration projects (SAP ECC to S/4HANA) is mandatory: data migration tools and best practices, data mapping, validation, cleansing, and transformation processes, including experience in creating documentation for data migration;Mandatory experience with SAP MM / WM / EWM / TM;Familiar with SQL and any data migration tools;Proven ability to manage or coordinate projects effectively, with special emphasis in planning & stakeholder management;Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills;Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and cultures;Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools;Availability to work on-site in São José dos Campos (once per quarter).What ´s in it for you?At Bayer we have established our benefits in three essential pillars, which integrate and converge to promote the life quality and well-being of our employees.Health Care PlanDental PlanMedicines SubsidyGymPass"Conte Comigo" -
