Agricultural Classification SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled individual to classify crops from satellite imagery.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in agricultural area presence, field visibility assessment, and crop identification.Key responsibilities include:Reviewing satellite images to determine crop type or classify areas as uncultivated.Following established workflows and annotation protocols to ensure consistent and accurate labeling.Applying domain knowledge to identify crop types even under partial occlusion.Maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency across large volumes of images.Working with us will involve:Confirming the presence of agricultural fields in satellite images.Evaluating the visibility of the field in images.The ideal candidate has:A Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, Agricultural Engineering, Horticulture, or a related field.Knowledge in Geography, Remote Senscribing, Environmental Science, or GIS with exposure to crop identification.Previous involvement in crop identification, agricultural surveys, or image annotation.Familiarity with diverse crop types and ability to distinguish them from both partial and full views.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to utilize their skills in agricultural classification and contribute to the development of high-quality datasets for AI training.
