Class/Program CoordinatorWe are seeking a Class/Program Coordinator to support our online programs.Job Summary:This role requires close collaboration with academic staff, faculty members, and students to ensure program quality.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, managing multiple tasks effectively.Key Responsibilities:Providing administrative support to academic staff and faculty, managing course schedules, and maintaining records and databases.Acting as the primary contact for students, handling administrative requests, technical issues, and inquiries.Monitoring student enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed.Facilitating communication between academic staff and students, ensuring prompt responses to queries.Coordinating events, seminars, and workshops to support student learning and engagement.Liaising with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery.Maintaining records, reports, and program-related documentation.Requirements:Proficiency in English (C1+), other languages are a plus.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in higher education.Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies.Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and a passion for computer science education.
