**Job Description**:
A PSI **HR Associate** holds a general scope of activities and responsibilities that will ensure proper functioning of Human Resources related matters within the Latin American region.
- This is home-based position in Sao Paulo, Brazil**Responsibilities**:
2. Administratively support varied HR duties, including but not limited to:
- employee records collection, keeping, update
- payroll information collection and sharing and with third party vendors
- employee benefits vendor management
- internships management
- teambuilding and corporate events
- workspace safety assessments and employee safety procedures/steps as local Law requires.
3. Provide new hire orientation
4. Under supervision, respond to HR-related queries within the company.
5. Assist with processing of enrollment, modifications and terminations.
6. Assist with the preparation of appraisal processes and employee surveys.
7. Complete other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- College/University degree in related fields or an equivalent combination of education, training & experience
- At least 1 year of independent recruitment/interviewing in Brazil
- Full working proficiency in English, Portuguese and Spanish
- Professional computer skills
- Ability work in a very dynamic team environment
- Problem-solving skills and service orientation
