Job descriptionHow about working at a company that is revolutionizing education in Brazil and around the world?Imagine a friendly work environment, with an incredible structure, great location, and colleagues from all over the globeNice to meet you — we areEscola ConceptA bilingual, international school offering early childhood, elementary, and high school education.Here, we educate diverse global citizens through an academically rigorous, challenging, and international curriculum.We believe that children and adolescents must learn to take risks and become the architects of their own journeys.To make this happen, we rely on a cosmopolitan, highly qualified, and passionate team of educators and professionals.Did you identify with our mission?Then how about joining our team?Check out more about the position below — and good luckMain responsibilitiesEscola Concept is a bilingual, innovative Brazilian school with a global mindset and a local soul.We combine academic rigor with a deep focus on social-emotional learning, nurturing students to become empowered global citizens who are capable of positively impacting the world.Our São Paulo campus is home to approximately250 dedicated professionals— educators, leaders, and support teams — committed to our mission of excellence, innovation, and humanity.We are now seeking an exceptionalHuman Resources Coordinatorto lead our People & Culture strategy.AsHuman Resources Coordinator, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader for all HR functions on campus.Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, and collaborating closely with the Business Unit, you will ensure that all processes related to people, culture, payroll, compliance, development, and employee experience are seamlessly implemented and continuously improved.You will directly lead an HR/Administrative Analyst and indirectly support approximately250 employeesacross all departments.Requirements and skillsServe as lead for the HR function on campus, balancing day-to-day operational excellence with long-term culture and growth goals;Overseepayroll, benefits, time management, union compliance (e.g., SINPRO-SP), and all employment-related processes in coordination with external vendors;Driveemployee engagement, culture-building, and retention strategies, aligned with Concept's values;Lead performance management cycles, feedback processes, promotions, and career path design in partnership with school leadership;Act as a trusted advisor to Coordinators and team leads on matters such as employee relations, performance improvement, and people decisions;Design and implement internal policies, documentation, and process improvements for all HR-related workflows;Coordinatetalent acquisitionand onboarding processes with hiring Coordinators, ensuring alignment with campus needs and institutional culture;Ensure accuracy inreporting, KPIs, and dashboards, bringing data-driven insights to leadership;Support the execution of training programs and leadership development initiatives;Be the focal point for alllegal, labor, and regulatory HR matterson campus, in collaboration with the Business Unit and legal counsel;Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or related fields;Advanced knowledge of EnglishAt least 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, ideally with team leadership responsibilities;Proven track record withpayroll, benefits, labor law (Brazil), and union negotiations;Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset;Experience working with leadership teams in fast-paced or service-driven organizations;Data fluency: ability to work with spreadsheets, HR platforms, and KPI dashboards;Hands-on attitude with strategic thinking capabilities;Prior experience ineducational institutions or bilingual schools;Familiarity with HR platforms (e.g., TOTVS, Gupyl);Participation in organizational culture, diversity, or change management projects;Additional informationAssistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;TotalPass;Cartão Swile (Flexível para Alimentação ou Restaurante);Vale Transporte;SESC;Unidade de Emergência Móvel;Seguro de Vida; Vale transporte;PLR;Descontos em Farmácias;Parceria com a UniDomBosco;Modalidade de trabalho: Presencial;#J-*****-Ljbffr
