Descrição da vagaPosition Purpose undertaking multiple large-scale global transformation initiatives, including a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation across all value streams (RTR, PTD, PLM, STP, OTC, MTO).We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Functional Process Data Consultant / Lead to support data conversion, migration, governance, and ongoing data management.This role is critical in ensuring business data is fit-for-purpose, standardized, governed, and ready to enable successful process design, system build, migration, and user adoption.The consultant will act as a bridge between business process owners, SAP functional teams, and the data enablement organization, embedding data requirements into solution design and execution.Key Responsibilities1. Data Enablement & Solution DesignPartner with global and regional business stakeholders to define data requirements aligned with standardized value stream processesTranslate business process designs into clear master and transactional data definitions for SAP S/4HANASupport global template design by ensuring consistent data models, attributes, and hierarchies across geographiesValidate data readiness for end-to-end process execution (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Return)2. Functional Process Data OwnershipDefine data objects, attributes, and mandatory fieldsSupport business rules, validations, and derivationsAlign data structures with SAP best practices and industry standards3. Data Migration & ReadinessSupport data cleansing, enrichment, and harmonization activitiesDefine and validate data mapping rules from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANAParticipate in mock conversions, data loads, and reconciliation cyclesEnsure data quality thresholds are met prior to cutover4. Data Governance & StandardsSupport the establishment and enforcement of global data standards and policiesCollaborate closely with Master Data Management and Data Governance teamsHelp define data ownership, stewardship, and governance modelsContribute to data quality monitoring and remediation processes5. Testing, Cutover & HypercareSupport functional and integrated testing with a strong focus on data accuracy and completenessValidate business scenarios using migrated and newly created dataSupport cutover planning and execution from a data perspectiveProvide post-go-live support and stabilization during hypercareRequired QualificationsExperience5+ years of SAP functional experience with a strong focus on dataHands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (greenfield preferred)Proven involvement in large-scale, global ERP implementationsStrong understanding of value stream business processes and related data objectsExperience supporting data migration, cleansing, and validationTechnical & Functional SkillsStrong knowledge of SAP master data objects, including: Material Master, Customer / Business Partner, Vendor, BOMs, Routings, PricingUnderstanding of S/4HANA data model changes vs. ECCExperience with SAP MDG or similar data governance tools (preferred)Familiarity with data migration tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, LVM, or ETL toolsAbility to interpret functional specifications and data modelsSoft SkillsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to work across global, cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsComfortable operating in a fast-paced transformation environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in manufacturing, building materials, or asset-intensive industriesPrior experience as a Functional Data Lead or Data Domain LeadExperience defining global templates and harmonized data modelsKnowledge of data quality tools and metrics#J-*****-Ljbffr
