will provide proactive calendar management and organizational support to a member of R&D's leadership team, effectively balancing multiple priorities and navigating ambiguity with confidence.In this role, you'll collaborate closely with your executives and fellow support team members to help drive execution of key team initiatives aligned with business goals.You\'ll act as a central point of contact for your executive's direct reports as well as the broader administrative team.You\'ll be part of a highly skilled, collaborative group of Executive Business Partners and Administrators, working together to support strategic priorities.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll:Partner with your executives to understand their priorities in order to effectively address meeting requests and manage complex calendars, stack rank meeting requests and redirect as needed,Work independently and execute decisions on behalf of your executive while exercising discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.Manage complex travel on behalf of your executives (domestic and international), prepare expenses, organize and assist with special events, team activities and successful meetings through research, participant coordination, material preparation and logistics management.Act as a point person for your executives' direct reports, building strong relationships across their team(s) to progress your executives' priorities and identify any challenges.Partner with other support team members to plan agendas, draft presentations, take meeting minutes/actions, and coordinate oral and written communication for executivesCollaborate with your peer Executive Business Partners cross-functionally in alignment towards achieving company strategy, goals and objectives and act as mentor to executive business partners within the team.Develop a deep understanding of the overall business in order to support your leader and team and your own career development.QualificationsTwilio values fast-paced technology environment, with a proven ability to exercise sound judgment and make effective decisions amid ambiguity and change.7+ years experience supporting leaders in strategic planning, business operations, management consulting, or related functions within a technology environment.Superior attention to detail and high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information;Demonstrated abilities to build cross-functional relationships, partnering closely with leaders and peers, and keeping multiple teams and projects on track in parallel.Experience planning domestic and international travel including air travel, hotel accommodations, visa requirements etcConfident abilities to plan and facilitate virtual, in person, or hybrid leadership summits and team-building events.Proficient in common administrative tools (i.e. G-Suite, Zoom, Slack etc.)Excellent time-management skills, problem solving abilities, ability to anticipate needs and a master multi-tasker.Desired:Previous support roles within the High Tech industry ideally within Engineering or ProductUnderstanding of business operating cadences and team requirements to align and maintain rhythmsPrior experience with contract management and procurement processesAbility to conduct research, create reports or presentationsExperience tracking T&E expenses to budget and understanding of headcount planningStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to think outside the box and know when to pivot as neededLocationThis role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in San Francisco, CA, Oakland, CA, San Jose, CA, or the surrounding areas.TravelWe prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other.For this role, you may Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington D.C., and Washington State.The information below is provided for candidates hired in those locations only.The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C. : $104,000-$130,000.Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $110,000-$137,000.Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $122,000-$153,000.This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan and corporate bonus plan.All roles are generally eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic
