Endpoint Management Leadership RoleWe are seeking a skilled Endpoint Engineer Manager to oversee endpoint management across our organization.This remote position requires a leader focused on automation, efficiency, and compliance.Job Summary:This leadership role is responsible for leading a team of endpoint engineers in maintaining, patching, and complying with security frameworks for Windows and macOS endpoints using NinjaOne.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of 4 endpoint engineers providing technical guidance and career developmentOversee maintenance, patching, and compliance for 600+ endpoints using NinjaOneDrive automation initiatives reducing manual processes and minimizing end-user contact timeEnsure endpoints meet compliance requirementsDevelop and implement endpoint security policies and proceduresManage vendor relationships with endpoint management and security solution providersRespond to and troubleshoot complex endpoint issues maintaining hands-on technical involvementCreate and maintain documentation for endpoint standards and processesCollaborate with security and IT teams to implement endpoint protection strategiesMonitor endpoint health metrics and implement improvements to enhance reliabilityCoordinate patch management cycles ensuring timely deployment across all devicesLead incident response efforts for endpoint-related security eventsRequired Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:2+ years of people management experience in IT or technical teams5+ years of hands-on endpoint management experienceStrong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platformsExperience managing both Windows and macOS environments at scaleDemonstrated experience automating endpoint management tasks using PowerShell, Python, or similarDeep understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration managementExperience maintaining compliance with security frameworks SOC2, ISO*****, GDPR, CCPAStrong troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve complex technical issuesExcellent communication skills for vendor management and cross-functional collaborationAbility to work independently in a remote environmentMust be able to read and speak fluently in EnglishPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in:Cybersecurity or identity governance industriesCertifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or similarExperience with zero-trust security models and endpoint detection and response EDR toolsAutomation tools and scripting for large-scale deploymentsImplementing self-service IT solutionsWork EnvironmentThis is a fully remote position requiring occasional meetings across global time zones and possible on-call rotation participation for critical issues.
