About the Role We are looking for a seasoned litigation counsel to join our Brazil legal team.This role will focus on managing and coordinating a wide range of dispute resolution matters across the country, while providing strategic legal support to our business teams.The ideal candidate is a litigation expert with a solid track record in handling complex cases, demonstrating both legal excellence and sound business judgment.We value professionals who can combine strong procedural expertise with a broader, business-oriented perspectiveKey ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate all aspects of litigation, arbitration, and pre-litigation disputes in Brazil, including but not limited to civil, commercial, consumer, and labor mattersProvide strategic advice and develop effective litigation strategies in alignment with the company's business goalsCollaborate closely with internal teams to assess litigation risks and support preventive measures QualificationsMinimum 8+ years of post-qualification experience in litigation and dispute resolutionProven experience handling complex civil or strategic disputes involving multiple stakeholdersNative-level Portuguese and advanced EnglishAble to thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and cross-border teams.Experience working in or advising technology-driven, fast-growth companies is a plus What We OfferA dynamic, international work environmentOpportunities to participate in high-impact litigation and strategic legal projectsProfessional development and continuous learning support
