From hotels to gyms, schools, and senior living homes, we streamline workflows like invoicing, vendor management, and price comparisons—saving our clients both time and money. We are already transforming procurement for brands like Fairfield, Hampton Inn, and Hilton.What You Will DoProspect, identify, and qualify new business opportunitiesExecute outbound outreach (email, calls, Linked In)Manage the full sales cycleConduct product demos and effectively articulate value propositionsBuild and maintain a robust pipelineCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and onboardingAttend virtual or in-person industry events as needed What You Will NeedFluent or native-level English (C1 - C2)Proven experience in salesConfidence to run outbound processesStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environmentAvailability to work in EST TimezoneOwnership mindset CompensationUSD $2,500/month base salaryUSD $2,500/month commission Why Lilo?Work remotely with a fast-growing, US-based startupBe part of a diverse teamThe opportunity to grow alongside usFlexible benefits
