We are seeking a skilled HR Systems Specialist to join our team.This individual will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's HR Information System (HRIS) and Learning Management System (LMS).Key Responsibilities:1.Administer HRIS and LMS, ensuring user permissions and security roles are up-to-date, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting issues.2.Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of employment and workforce data, including organizational data.3.Develop custom reports and analytics to support HR initiatives and business decisions.4.Implement role-based security and access controls, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.5.Collaborate with IT and Payroll teams to ensure system alignment and data consistency across HR platforms.6.Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize HR systems efficiency and user experience.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.Skills: Proficiency in HRIS platforms, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools; knowledge of HR processes, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards;Language Skills: Proficient in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
