Finance Manager - iGaming Salary : 20,000 BRL - 25,000 BRL Location : Rio de Janeiro or São PauloClear Edge are working with a leading iGaming business to help source a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Controller to join the leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of a rapidly growing international business.This is a hands-on, high-impact position with significant growth potential, including the opportunity to evolve into a CFO role.Language RequirementsPortuguese – mustEnglish – mustSpanish – advantageKey ResponsibilitiesFinancial Oversight of all company activitiesManage P & L by business unitPlan and track budget vs. actualsDrive cost control and margin optimizationMaintain updated and actionable business forecastsLegal & Contractual CoordinationCollaborate with lawyers and advisorsReview and track contracts, agreements, and partnershipsOversee documentation with vendors and partnersCompliance & Reporting across jurisdictionsCoordination with agents and external service providersBookkeeping Oversight ensuring accuracy and audit readinessRevenue & Cash Flow TrackingPayment Operations & Banking including account openings, transfers, and banking relationshipsAutomation & Tooling: leverage AI and international resources for scalabilityInvestor & Business Owner CommunicationMaintain an organized and up-to-date dataroomRequirements & Advantages5+ years' experience as a Financial ControllerFluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is an advantage)Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage processes hands-onComfortable with new technologies, automation tools, and AI (early adopter mindset is a plus)Experience in gambling, gaming, or B2C industries is an advantageIf you have the experience outlined above, please apply today for more information#J-*****-Ljbffr
