Job DescriptionHey there, Future Recruiter @ Better CollectiveOur vision is to be the world's leading digital sports media company, making sports entertainment more engaging and transparent for fans worldwide.At Better Collective, we're the team behind industry-leading brands like Action Network, HLTV, and Futbolsites.About The RoleWe are looking for a Semi-Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract, with the potential to extend depending on business needs.You will have the opportunity to work in a global talent environment, sourcing and hiring the best candidates across Europe, the US, and LATAM, for roles in Tech, Marketing, and Publishing, among others.We are growing, and this position will be key in helping us hire amazing talent.Your Impact and Core FocusOwn end-to-end recruitment execution for assigned vacancies, ensuring speed and qualityLead intake conversations with Hiring Managers to clarify role requirements, seniority, and interview processesScreen inbound applications and actively source candidates, focusing on new sourcing approachesConduct preliminary interviews and build shortlists to present to Hiring ManagersWork closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, receiving guidance and feedback, while being expected to operate independently and take full ownership of your scopeCollaborate with Local HR Managers, People Ops, and Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring processEnsure accurate and up-to-date tracking of candidates in our ATS and use automations to reduce manual administrationMaintain strong pipeline visibility and proactively flag risks or bottlenecksWhat We Are Looking ForProven experience as a Recruiter for at least 3 yearsStrong screening and interviewing skillsHands-on experience with active sourcing, especially for hard-to-fill rolesExperience working with an ATSStrong communication skills in EnglishAbility to work autonomously with clear ownership and accountabilityExperience working in a global or distributed organisationMotivation to work with recruitment automation and process improvement using AIStrong drive to deliver results, improve processes, and continuously raise the bar on hiring quality and speedWhat We Offer: Perks, Growth & CultureWellness: Access to an online platform for local discounts (supermarkets, gyms, travelling, etc), plus online training, stretching classes and more.Training: Access to a language platform with more than 10 languages available.Collaboration & Impact: Join a company where respect and open communication matter.We value new ideas and encourage everyone to take initiative and drive change.Global Exposure: Work alongside colleagues from around the world and gain real insights into different markets and cultures.Balance: We do our best to support work-life balance and offer flexibility whenever possible.This is a full-time position on a 6-month contract, paid in USD, with the potential for extension based on business needs.Ready to Join?We're excited to learn more about youPlease note that only applications submitted in English will be considered.#J-*****-Ljbffr
