You'll turn raw ideas and footage into scroll-stopping creative, edit content fast, and support campaign execution. If you canedit content at a high level , you're a#1-prioritycandidate—design skills matter, but content editing chops win.What you'll do (outcomes, not busywork)Produce ad creative:Design static graphics and short-form video for Meta/TikTok/YouTube/Display; iterate quickly based on performance data.Edit content end-to-end:Cut UGC, before/after, job-site clips; add captions, hooks, overlays, CTAs; ship multiple variations.Build offer/angle packs:Translate roofing value props (financing, storm damage, warranties, same-day inspection) into hooks, headlines, and visuals.Launch + maintain assets:Prep export specs, thumbnails, landing page hero graphics, and ad library organization.Brand standards:Create and maintain lightweight brand kits per client (logos, palettes, typography, truck/crew photos).Creative testing:Set up A/B creative matrices; document learnings; kill losers, scale winners.Light marketing ops:Assist with ad uploads, naming conventions, UTM hygiene, and creative calendars.Industry learning:Rapidly absorb what makes roofing ads work: seasonality, storm events, insurance language, compliance "do's and don'ts."Must-have skills & experience2–5+ years ingraphic design and/or content editing(agency, in-house, or freelance). Roofing/home services/renovation background strongly preferred.Editor-first:Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro, or Final Cut + After Effects basics.
