NOV is recruiting for a Project Manager role to be part of our Aftermarket Programs Group, in the Aftermarket group within the Energy Equipment segment in Macaé, RJ, Brazil.For the role of Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading critical support programs designed to deliver critical benefits to our customers.Primary duties include:ResponsibilitiesSingle point of contact for associated project/program work scopes: Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) programs, Automation Lifecycle Management (ALM) programs, recertification, upgrades, reactivations, capital equipment exchanges, OEM repairs, and other internal projects.Responsible for project initiation and planning, including scope identification, the creation and maintenance of the Project Execution Plans (PEP), and project registers.Build and strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors, through engagement and face-to-face interaction.Work together with internal stakeholders, driving transparency and collaboration.Monitor program KPIs and health, initiating action when required to proactively address concerns.Own financial health – plan, monitor, and drive commercial success.Maintain awareness of critical path activities; build contingency plans and implement mitigating recovery strategies.Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.We invite you to apply for this Project Manager role if you have the following qualifications and skills :QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering.Advanced/fluent English level.3-5 years of related work experience preferredExperience with analytics, business intelligence, and project management toolsExcellent communication skills with the ability to communicate ideas and thoughts clearlyAble to work independently with the ability to multitask on multiple projectsStrong attention to detail and highly motivatedKnowledge of basic drilling and pressure control equipment functionality is preferredProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredAbout NOVNOV's innovations empower the global energy industry, enabling our customers to safely produce abundant energy while minimizing their environmental impact.The energy industry depends on our deep expertise and technology to continually improve oilfield operations and assist in efforts to advance the energy transition toward a more sustainable future.Learn more about the culture at NOV.NOV is committed to providing employees and their families with valuable benefits and wellness opportunities./About NOV Energy Equipment AftermarketWe provide comprehensive aftermarket product and service solutions for our rig, marine, and construction equipment, which is located on thousands of drilling rigs and offshore vessels across the world.We offer the broadest range of integrated services and support in the energy industry, and, as the original equipment manufacturer, we use our in-depth product expertise and technical know-how to help you keep your fleets running safely and efficiently.#J-*****-Ljbffr
