The IT Business Analyst enriches the team in the areas of Requirements Engineering, Continuous Testing and Production Support.Your Experience And QualificationsSupport of the global development teams in clarifying requirementDetermination, documentation, checking & coordination and management of requirementRefinement of User Stories and FeaturesDefinition of the integration points with other systems and communication of the effects of possible system changes in cooperation with other teamMethodical support in generating ideas with Product Owners and Subject Matter ExpertsExecution of pre and post deployment activities in Lower and Production environmentsSuccessful processing of dealer inquiries for troubleshooting and changes as part of the AGCO IT incident processCross-Team collaboration with other Digital Customer Technology (DCT) teams to resolve support requirements for integrated systemsActive participation and preparation for agile ceremonies such as Product Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, Refinements, Sprint Reviews and RetrospectivesComplete Bachelor Degree in computer science, IT, engineering or equivalent educationFluent english is mandatoryStrong understanding of system integration concepts (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, ETL)Knowledge of agile methods (e.g. SAFe) is an advantageExperience in requirements engineering, testing and production supportStrong analytical, holistic and conceptual thinking; good communication skillsYour BenefitsMedical and dental assistance; Private pension;Meal and food vouchers;Pharmacy agreement and life insurance;PROPARYour place of workCanoas-RS (hybrid)We value inclusion and recognize the innovation that a diverse workforce brings to our farmers.
