Lead Coupa Architect

OverviewTitle: Lead Coupa Architect – Source to Pay @ Remote, USALead Coupa Architect - Source to Pay role within the Digital Core Transformation team.Responsible for design and implementation of Coupa and surrounding system capabilities (SAP S/4HANA) to support Procurement business processes.This role may involve cross-cultural collaboration in a global setup with peers, leaders and teams across geographies.ResponsibilitiesLead Solutions Design for Coupa, configuration, documentation, testing and delivery with intelligent automation (scope includes work among SAP and non-SAP systems and applications).Demonstrate excellent technical and functional configuration knowledge for SAP Source to Pay, including Smart Contract Management, Spend Analytics, Guided Buying, and Collaborative Supply Chain & Procurement Materials Management (Direct and Indirect).Gather and document overall business requirements.Support formal documentation of implementation and provide relevant functional inputs to the technical team.Configure and implement Coupa solutions for source to pay processes.Perform global Coupa configuration, including Approval Workflow, Custom field setup for transactions, Chart of accounts, PO forms, Catalog, Supplier, Item, User setup, Security Roles and Permissions as per business requirements.Experience in Coupa configuration and data loads in Sourcing, Contracting, Purchasing, invoicing master data (Supplier, Materials and Accounting data) and Catalog Management.Experience with Coupa integration and mapping to legacy SAP systems for transactional and master data interfaces in source to pay.Create functional specification documents that require development of WRICEF (Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversion, Enhancement and Form) objects.Prepare test cases, validate deliverables, and support client testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).Resolve complex business problems by creating IT solutions in consultation with business partners, architects and other stakeholders.Operate in close partnership with IT and business communities, subject matter experts, external consultants and cross-functional teams.Advise business partners on implications of standard or new SAP solutions applicable to business problems.Create and execute outcome-oriented strategies and build/sustain meaningful business relationships.Demonstrate solid analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Manage projects and teams including working with vendor partners and global colleagues across geographies in a cross-cultural context.QualificationsMinimum of 8-10 years IT experience in end-user industry, IT consulting, systems integrators, or IT product development.Minimum of 5 years' experience working on procurement transformations at an enterprise scale.Degree in Engineering from a premier institution or Chartered Accountancy.Postgraduate diploma/MBA with specialization in Finance and/or IT is preferred.Minimum of 7 years configuration experience in Coupa/SAP S/4HANA Source to Pay, Procurement, Materials Management.Experience in IT capabilities for other functional areas (e.g., Supply Chain/Logistics, Order-to-Cash, Finance) is desirable.Must have worked in configuration, testing, and implementation of Coupa.Participated in multiple full-cycle global SAP implementations with a focus on analytics-led business transformation.Coupa with SAP S/4HANA global implementation experience or equivalent next-generation business transformation implementation.High learning agility with an outcome-oriented and transformative mindset, bringing best-in-class data, process, and technical designs for purpose.Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; must be a constructive challenger and/assertive.Experience in creating/reviewing functional specifications for custom enhancements.Ability to create and execute outcome-oriented strategies and build/sustain meaningful business relationships.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively with internal business, technical, and external consulting teams; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Experience to work in a global setup with peers, leaders and teams across geographies and in a cross-cultural context.Formal training and certification in SAP functional modules is preferred.Additional InformationCriar um alerta de emprego para esta pesquisaArchitect • carapicuíba, estado de são paulo, brTratamos as suas informações pessoais para medir e melhorar os nossos sites e serviços, para ajudar as nossas campanhas de marketing e fornecer conteúdo e publicidade personalizados.Pode exercer os seus direitos de privacidade clicando no botão à direita.Para mais informações, consulte o nosso aviso de privacidade#J-*****-Ljbffr
