This role involves designing sophisticated Elixir applications, leading architectural decisions, and mentoring development teams while establishing best practices and driving innovation within the technical landscape.Key responsibilities:- Designing and developing sophisticated Elixir applications with focus on scalability and performance.
- Leading architectural decisions and technical planning for complex software projects.
- Guiding and mentoring junior developers while ensuring high code quality standards.
- Establishing and maintaining development best practices and coding standards.
- Enhancing application efficiency through performance optimization and system improvements.
- Championing new development approaches and innovative technical solutions.Requirements:- Elixir Development: 4+ years of comprehensive Elixir development experience with proven mastery of functional programming concepts.
- Code Quality: Deep understanding of clean code principles, SOLID practices, and scalable software architecture design.
- Testing Expertise: Advanced experience with automated testing frameworks, unit testing, and maintaining high code coverage.
- CI/CD Proficiency: Hands-on experience implementing and managing continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Technical Leadership: Demonstrated ability to make informed technical decisions and lead development teams effectively.
- Infrastructure Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of IT systems, infrastructure architecture, and deployment environments.
