Estamos em busca de um Arquiteto Salesforce altamente sênior, com visão estratégica, profundidade técnica e capacidade real de influenciar decisões de negócio em ambientes complexos e de grande escala. Essa posição não é operacional: buscamos alguém que desenhe, questione, antecipe riscos e sustente arquiteturas Salesforce robustas, escaláveis e alinhadas à estratégia da empresa.

Responsabilidades

Definir e evoluir a arquitetura Salesforce end-to-end, garantindo escalabilidade, segurança e governança. Atuar como referência técnica para times de desenvolvimento, líderes técnicos e stakeholders. Traduzir necessidades de negócio complexas em soluções arquiteturais viáveis na plataforma Salesforce. Liderar decisões sobre integrações (APIs, middleware, eventos), modelo de dados e padrões de desenvolvimento.

Avaliar impactos de novas funcionalidades, releases e limitações da plataforma. Garantir aderência a boas práticas Salesforce (limits, security, performance, deployment). Atuar próximo a áreas de negócio, produto e TI, influenciando decisões estratégicas. Suportar iniciativas de transformação digital em larga escala.

Requisitos

Técnicos Experiência sólida e comprovada como Arquiteto Salesforce em ambientes complexos. Domínio profundo da plataforma Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud). Forte conhecimento em: Arquitetura de dados e segurança Integrações REST/SOAP, eventos e middleware Apex, LWC e limites da plataforma Estratégias de deployment e governança Vivência com implementações enterprise e múltiplas integrações. Capacidade de tomar decisões arquiteturais considerando custo, risco e escalabilidade.

Inglês avançado para interação com times globais (quando aplicável). Diferenciais Certificações Salesforce de Arquitetura (System / Application / Technical Architect). Experiência com Salesforce Industries ou soluções verticais. Atuação em ambientes com alto volume de dados e usuários.
