Looking for a Viral Video Scriptwriter + Editor who can consistently create viral-style performance video ads using AI tools at scale. You will own the output like it's your channel, not a "tasks" role.We run performance marketing campaigns and need a steady pipeline of fresh, high-converting video creatives for the US consumer.Mission for this jobOwn the end-to-end creative pipeline for short-form video ads:Research the market and audienceWrite scripts that hook hard and hold attentionEdit fast, clean videos using AI + simple editing toolsShip volume, learn from results, and iterate dailyWhat success looks likeFirst 30 daysLearn our offers, compliance guardrails, and what "good" looks like for us.Deliver a consistent daily output of scripts + edited videos (with clear naming and organization).Build a repeatable workflow using AI tools for speed (script, voice, visuals, editing, captions).Show you can research the US consumer and write in natural, native-sounding English.By 90 daysShip a reliable volume of creatives every week with clear variation by hook, angle, and structure.Consistently produce multiple "winners" per month (videos we can scale spend behind).Maintain a simple testing system: what you tried, what worked, what failed, and what to do next.Become independent: you don't wait for perfect direction to move.By 12 monthsFully own a creative machine that feeds our ad accounts nonstop.Have a documented system another creator could follow.Be the go-to person for viral ad formats, hooks, and creative strategy across offers.What you will doWrite short-form ad scripts (UGC style, narration, simple scenes, strong hooks).Do research (audience pains, language, objections, comments, competitor ads).Edit videos in CapCut (or similar) and ship finished assets ready to launch.Use AI tools to generate footage, b-roll, voice, captions, and variations fast.Create lots of iterations: new hooks, new openings, new pacing, new visuals.Organize deliverables cleanly (folders, versions, naming, notes).Who you areYou have a portfolio of viral videos, ad creatives, or short-form edits.You have strong English and can write like a real US consumer talks.You understand basic copywriting: hook, problem, proof, offer, CTA.You can edit quickly in CapCut (or similar) and keep pacing tight.You've used AI tools to create videos at scale (not just one-offs).You move fast, learn fast, and you care more about output and results than comfort.Core valuesResourcefulness – You figure things out with minimal help.Perfectly acceptable over perfection – Ship fast, then improve.Constructive disagreement – Challenge ideas to get to the truth.Kind, not nice – Honest feedback that helps people win long term.Growth mindset – Learn from misses, don't repeat mistakes.Full ownership – Act like the outcome is on you.OfferCompetitive pay + profit share based on skill and output, with clear growth as you produce consistent winners.ApplyEmailwith:Your portfolio (required if you have it)A short note on your AI + editing workflow2–3 examples you're most proud of and why they workedIf you don't have a portfolio but you're sure you can win in this role, email anyway and explain your background plus how you'll prove yourself fast.
