We are seeking a highly skilled systems engineer to maintain and enhance the real-time data infrastructure powering our global operations.Key Responsibilities:Resolve data quality issues through root cause analysis, collaborating with internal and external vendors to resolve data discrepancies.Provide on-call support, incident management, problem resolution, and change management services.E nsure optimal accuracy and timeliness of real-time data while implementing monitoring tools to detect anomalies.Collaborate with regional and global teams to share knowledge and best practices, enriching our capabilities and delivering high-quality services.Manage L2 alerts, creating and updating resolutions in our knowledge base, run books, and IT rules where applicable.Incident management involves identifying, resolving, and mitigating business impacts in production environments.Change management encompasses making production changes, including mandatory updates, content, software upgrades, and checkouts.O ther responsibilities include release management, event management, user support, and reporting.A minimum of 7 years' experience in infrastructure, systems, or production support roles is required.Linux system administration skills, scripting proficiency (bash and/or python preferred), and excellent communication skills are essential.Understanding of ITIL foundation and best practices is beneficial, as is prior experience in banking, investment, or other financial IT environments.
