S. headquarters is in Atlanta, GA, where we foster a collaborative, flexible, and mission-driven work culture.Job SummaryWe are seeking aCloud Infrastructure Engineerwith strong customer-facing experience to join our IT team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of cloud architecture, automation, and customer success. You'll work closely with internal teams and external customers to design, deploy, and support scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure—primarily in Microsoft Azure.You'll play a key role in modernizing our infrastructure, supporting Saa S deployments, and ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our cloud-hosted solutions. This is a hands-on engineering role with a strong emphasis on communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure inMicrosoft Azureto support customer-facing applications.Collaborate with product, development, and customer success teams to ensure infrastructure meets customer needs and SLAs.Lead cloud onboarding and deployment efforts for new customers, including infrastructure provisioning, networking, and security configuration.Optimize cloud costs and performance through proactive analysis and automation.Serve as a technical advisor to customers and internal stakeholders on cloud best practices, security, and architecture.Document infrastructure designs, runbooks, and customer-specific configurations.Provide Tier 3 support for cloud-related issues and participate in incident response and root cause analysis.Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements to our cloud strategy.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering or systems administration, with at least 2 years in a customer-facing or consulting role.Proficient inMicrosoft Azure, including Azure AD, networking, storage, and compute services.Strong scripting skills inPower Shell,Bash, orPython.Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsMicrosoft Certified:Azure Solutions Architect ExpertorAzure Administrator Associate.Experience with hybrid cloud environments and legacy system integration.Familiarity withcustomer onboarding,technical account management, orsolution architecture.Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO *****).Why Join Us?Work on meaningful projects that support global food sustainability.Collaborate with a passionate, international team.Enjoy a flexible hybrid work environment and opportunities for growth.Make a direct impact on customer success and product innovation.EEO StatementIntegrated into our shared values is MTech's commitment to diversity and equal employment opportunity.
