Senior Maintenance Manager

Gerenciar execução das atividades de manutenção corretiva, preventiva e preditiva nas máquinas, equipamentos e instalações prediais, visando manter a fábrica e seus equipamentos em condições adequadas de funcionamento.
Preparar e administrar o orçamento de Manutenção e garantir o suporte à todas as áreas operativas da fábrica e seus processos.
Desenvolver talentos e cultura alinhada com a demanda da organização.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
Gerenciar o programa de manutenção preditiva, preventiva e corretiva, além de rotinas para todos os equipamentos de produção para garantir que o desempenho do equipamento atenda aos critérios designados;
Gerenciar o programa de calibração de equipamentos, identificando os recursos necessários para todas as atividades de calibração e testes, verificando que os serviços de calibrações internas ou externas são certificados;
Gerenciar um programa de controle de pragas e assegurar que todas as áreas da planta estão cumprindo com os requerimentos de segurança alimentar;
Gerenciar as atividades relacionadas à Administração & Serviços, como Refeitório, Segurança Patrimonial, Lavanderia, Frota e transporte de funcionários, Limpeza e conservação, etc.
Gerenciar a Estação de Tratamento de Água assegurando que os parâmetros de qualidade estabelecidos estão de acordo com o Manual de especificação de Tecnologia da Água e assegurar o alto desempenho do sistema de operação;
Education Requirements
Superior Completo (Engenharia Mecânica, Elétrica, Civil e similares);
Functional Skills
Experiencia com gestão de manutenção industrial
Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão integrada
Conhecimento nas Isos
Proviciência em Inglês e Espanhol
