Senior ServiceNow Platform SpecialistWe are seeking a seasoned expert in ServiceNow platform strategy and implementation to lead our reporting, analytics, and KPI initiatives.Elevate our ServiceNow reporting and analytics governance across all modules by defining standard operating procedures, data quality frameworks, and monitoring key performance indicators.Design and develop custom dashboards and reports in Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Visualization tools to provide actionable insights for executive and operational stakeholders.Deliver real-time service and performance metrics through intuitive dashboards and high-quality reports.Requirements:Mastery of 3+ years of experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions.Proven track record of designing dashboards that integrate ITSM, CSM, and SPM capabilities.Preferred skills:Familiarity with multi-client environments and complex MSP settings.Detailed knowledge of ITIL KPI frameworks and their application in ServiceNow.Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, Performance Analytics & Reporting Micro-Certs, ITIL 4 Foundation.
