You will help accelerate the adoption of sustainable practices while enhancing InPlanet's community and commercial success through partnerships, events, and stakeholder coordination.Core Working RelationshipsFarmers and agricultural producersInternal scientific and operational teamsThird-party collaborators and consultantsFarmer associations, cooperatives, and political stakeholdersKey ResponsibilitiesFarmer Relationships: Prospect, mediate, and manage relationships with farmers, ensuring smooth transitions and partnership success.Third-party Coordination: Supervise and align third parties seeking farmer partners, ensuring efficiency and quality in processes.Presentations and Outreach: Conduct remote and in-person meetings to introduce InPlanet and our business model, addressing questions and showcasing partnership value.Event Participation: Identify, organize, and attend relevant fairs and events to promote InPlanet and establish valuable connections.Promotional Content Development: Collaborate on creating pitches, webinars, articles, and promotional materials to attract new partners.Partnership Documentation: Assist in eligibility assessments, document submissions, and the preparation of partnership contracts and NDAs.Community Building: Act as the main point of contact for the farming community, fostering trust and maintaining strong relationships.Operational Reporting: Track progress through a comprehensive CRM and measure success by hectares closed and partnership velocity.Travel and Representation: Travel across Centro Oeste and other regions to strengthen partnerships and support project implementation.Strategic Development: Contribute to the creation and refinement of innovative business models that benefit all stakeholders.Qualifications and QualitiesDegree in Agronomy or a related field1-3+ years of experience in agriculture and farmingExpertise in multi-stakeholder project managementExperience with operational reporting, project analytics, and performance indicatorsPrior experience setting up and managing agronomic trials at the field levelTechnical experience with agronomic machinery (preferred)Strong knowledge of farm-level operationsSociable and confident communicatorExisting connections with farmer associations or cooperatives (a big plus)Experience in sales and account management (a big plus)Strong Portuguese, basic English proficiencyHigh attention to detail, precision, and dedicationIntrinsic motivation for personal and professional growthPassion for sustainable and regenerative agricultureBenefits and Working ValuesFully remote work within CET time zonesHome office budgetSalary expectations discussed in early interviews; equity options availableShare options to foster ownership34+ days of annual leaveLaptop providedOccasional off-sites in BrazilLanguage programme monthly allowanceCompensation and ProcessInPlanet Compensation Philosophy emphasizes fair and unbiased pays and equitable equity, with geo-informed ranges based on role, level, and location.
