Strong command of financial modeling, forecasting, and business analytics.Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.What We Offer Opportunity to shape financial strategy in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.Collaborative culture with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Forecasting Lead the annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes.Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support strategic initiatives.Provide scenario analysis and risk assessments to guide executive decisions.Business Performance Analysis Deliver insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, identifying key drivers.Partner with business units to track KPIs and operational metrics.Leadership & Collaboration Manage and mentor a team of FP&A analysts.Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, commercial, and executive teams.Act as a financial advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic recommendations.Process Improvement & Systems Drive automation and optimization of reporting tools and processes.Implement and enhance financial systems (e.g., ERP, BI tools).Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial platforms.Stakeholder Communication Prepare board-level presentations and investor materials.Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration planning.Liaise with external auditors and consultants as needed.EXPERIÊNCIA: Experiência sólida em gestão financeira e liderança de times, Experiência na área de FP&A, FORMAÇÃO: Superior em Administração, Economia ou Ciências Contábeis, Pós-graduação na área financeira, HORÁRIO: Comercial - De segunda à sexta-feira BENEFÍCIOS: Participação nos Lucros e Resultados (PLR), Plano de Saúde Unimed, Plano Odontológico, Refeição no local, Vale Alimentação, Gympass, Parceria com instituições de ensino, Vale transporte, Day off de aniversário.SALÁRIO: Salário competitivo com o mercado REGIME DE CONTRATAÇÃO: CLT - Efetivo LOCAL DE TRABALHO: Rio de Janeiro / RJ MODALIDADE DE TRABALHO: Hibrido Candidatar nessa vaga.Formação Acadêmica:Não informadoSalário:A combinarCargo:OutrosEmpresa:JP & F ConsultoriaAtua com seleção e agenciamento de mão-de-obra.Ramo:Recursos Humanos/ Recrutamento e seleção(FI)
