About the Role
We are seeking a motivated
Recruiter
to join our Talent Acquisition team and support hiring efforts across the
Brazil region
. The ideal candidate will bring
3–5 years of recruitment experience
, a basic understanding of
IT roles
, and knowledge of
local labor laws and benefits practices
.
This role requires someone who is
organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including
sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer coordination
.
Support hiring for technical and non-technical roles with a
basic understanding of IT profiles
.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and provide updates on hiring progress.
Ensure compliance with
Brazilian labor laws
and provide input on
statutory benefits
for new hires.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate pipelines.
Coordinate candidate communication throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
Work towards meeting hiring goals and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
3–5 years
of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition (agency or corporate).
Basic knowledge of
IT positions
and technical hiring.
Understanding of
Brazilian labor laws and statutory benefits
.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills in
Portuguese
(English is a plus).
Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
