Now, we're looking for an Amazon Account Success Manager SaaS / Technical to be the go-to person for client relationships, support and growth. You'll play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction, problem-solving, and identifying growth opportunities to help brands succeed.

What You'll Do
Managing a portfolio of customers (30-40)
Be the primary point of contact for new clients, leading on-boarding and expectation-setting calls.
Provide technical first line support (full training provided)
Escalate and manage any second line technical support to technical team.
Maintain quick, clear, and proactive communication across Slack and email.
Serve as a trusted advisor—clients should see you as a partner in their success.
What We're Looking For
English Fluency – Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven Client-Facing Experience – Background as a Client Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, or similar.
PPC, Amazon Strategy, or Digital Marketing Knowledge – Experience in e-commerce is a plus
Strong Problem-Solving Skills – Tech Savvy
Project Management & Cross-Team Collaboration – Experience working with diverse teams.
Attention to detail and accountability
Comfortable doing both strategic and operational tasks (from account analysis to uploading content)
Familiarity with Amazon brand management, SEO, and inventory troubleshooting is a huge plus
