Product Visionary RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of our product roadmap, ensuring that tasks are well-defined and actionable.Kanban ManagementYou will own the Kanban board, organizing tasks and prioritizing them to meet deployment goals.You will communicate risks, issues, blockers, and quality concerns to relevant team members.Task Definition & RefinementYou will review and write descriptions for tasks about new features, improvements, and bug fixes.Ensure problems are well explained and solutions are testable and aligned with product goals.Collaborate with the Product Manager to translate strategy into actionable tasks.Validate Outcomes, Not Just OutputAFTER NEW FEATURES OR FIXES GO LIVE, VERIFY WHETHER THEY TRULY SOLVED THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM AND IMPROVED THE TARGETED USER OR BUSINESS METRICS.Key Qualifications:Strong skills in Product Management and Business Analysis to define and evaluate product requirements effectively.Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Familiarity with Software Development processes and tools to coordinate effectively with technical teams.Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment and manage multiple priorities.Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.Skills like SQL, Git, reading Python code and doing data analysis are very beneficial, but not required
